golden days

level:deepsouth is an online anthology that opened up for submissions in 2020. Its goal is to document Generation X in the Deep South during the 1970s, ’80s, and ’90s by collecting works of creative nonfiction (personal essays, memoirs, and reviews) about our lives back then and since then. “golden days” is for shorter works that capture a moment in time or provide a sketch of a single person, place, or experience.
