golden days

level:deepsouth is an online anthology created with the goal of documenting Generation X in the Deep South during the 1970s, ’80s, and ’90s by collecting works of creative nonfiction about our lives back then and since then. “golden days” is for shorter works that capture a moment in time or provide a sketch of a single person, place, or experience.
